QA Analyst (with Change Management Expertise)
Location: Lytham St. Annes (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year

The Role:
As a QA Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure system upgrades, process improvements, and technology implementations are delivered to the highest standards. You will combine expertise in quality assurance and change management to maintain seamless business operations while mitigating risks.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to validate system changes.
- Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure system stability.
- Document test results and support issue resolution with development teams.
Change Management Support
- Assess and document technology system change requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct risk and impact analyses to identify potential issues before implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide training and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software testing and change management, ensuring smooth technology transitions.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., manual and automated testing).
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and hands-on experience with tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate across teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of retail industry technologies is a plus.
