Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns , including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Create compelling content for websites, social media, and marketing materials
• Develop targeted B2B marketing strategies to reach key industry decision-makers
• Organize and promote industry events, trade shows, and project showcases
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to improve ROI

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in construction, engineering, or property development )
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, and content marketing
• Experience managing digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and CRM systems
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to optimize campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical content creation
• Experience managing budgets and working with external marketing agencies
