This is a hybrid role, perfect for a creative and analytical marketer looking to make an impact in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing: Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and conversions. Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage compelling content across various platforms to align with client branding and strategy. Social Media Management: Handle both paid and organic social media campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach and ROI. Data Analysis: Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions. Client/Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their objectives are understood and achieved. Graphic Design: Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva to maintain high-quality visuals and brand consistency. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a marketing or agency setting. Proven expertise in Google Analytics and at least 1 year of experience in paid social campaigns. Strong proficiency in email marketing tools, social media platforms, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
