Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

About Us

Our client is a fast-growing digital-first brand collective based in Manchester city centre, working across e-commerce, consumer tech, and lifestyle sectors. With multiple high-growth brands in our portfolio and a combined customer base of over 3 million, we live and breathe performance — and we’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who does too.

This is an opportunity to be part of a sharp, creative team that values data-driven decisions, experimentation, and impact. You\’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, optimising performance, and unlocking insights that drive growth across channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse campaign performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and affiliate channels
  • Build dashboards and reports to surface marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion, etc.)
  • Work closely with the CRM, Performance, and Content teams to evaluate campaign impact and recommend improvements
  • Identify trends and customer behaviours that lead to smarter segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation — help teams test, measure, and iterate quickly
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing leads and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a marketing-led company
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL — you’re confident extracting, cleaning, and joining large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Familiar with core digital marketing metrics and attribution models
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail — you don’t just crunch numbers, you draw conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate data into clear, actionable stories

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Python or R for deeper analysis or automation
  • Familiarity with data connectors/tools like Funnel, Supermetrics, Adverity, or Segment
  • Experience working in e-commerce, retail, subscription, or multi-brand environments
  • An understanding of incrementality testing, MMM, or media mix modelling
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or Google Ads data pipelines
