Lead and manage the Creative and Social Media sub-teams, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Develop and execute engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness. Oversee social media strategy, managing content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials. Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Proven experience in coordinating and leading a marketing or creative team. Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing marketing materials. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies , including content creation and audience engagement. Analytical mindset , with experience in tracking and evaluating marketing performance.
