As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security across all digital systems. You will play a key role in leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
- Provide technical support and training to staff across multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to optimize company operations
What We\'re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security management
- Experience with cloud services, infrastructure management, and data backup solutions
- Ability to lead IT projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sectors (preferred but not essential)
