About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support within a busy software development environment. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to managing user accounts and supporting remote infrastructure, your work will keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure
- Set up and configure new user accounts, hardware, and software
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers
- Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed
What We’re Looking For:
