Role: IT Project Manager
Location: Nottingham (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Are you a confident IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering digital solutions in a fast-moving retail environment? This is your chance to join a major B2C brand in Nottingham as they expand their tech offering and improve customer experience through smarter IT delivery.
The Role:
As an IT Project Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects – from EPOS rollouts to mobile app upgrades. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure that technology projects are aligned with business goals.
The Client:
Our client is a household-name retailer with a strong presence both online and on the high street. With significant investment in digital technology and a future-focused roadmap, they’re looking for a PM to help shape the next generation of customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Experience delivering infrastructure or retail technology projects (e.g. EPOS, CRM, eCommerce).
- Confident managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong grasp of Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
- Proven experience with third-party vendors and systems integrators.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications.
