With 19 offices across Scotland and the North of England, they provide legal expertise to a broad range of industries. The IT team is central to the firm’s success, supporting over 500 users across the organization. They are now looking to expand their team by hiring an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy Aberdeen office.
IT Helpdesk Analyst
Aberdeen/Onsite
£24,000 – £26,000
Daily Duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, or helpdesk tickets.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
- Providing excellent customer service, and keeping users informed about ticket resolutions.
- Managing system administration tasks and escalating issues to senior support when needed.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining IT support documentation.
- Reviewing support logs to identify trends and recurring issues.
- Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance IT processes.
