Role: ICT Network & Infrastructure Manager Location: Central London Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 About the Role: We are looking for an experienced ICT Network & Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, development, and management of our network infrastructure. This role is key to ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity, managing VoIP systems, and maintaining critical IT services with 24/7 availability. Key Responsibilities: Network Architecture & Security – Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewalls, and intrusion detection. Infrastructure Management – Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP systems, wireless networks, and core IT services. Performance & Compliance – Monitor network performance, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with best practices. Project Management – Lead IT infrastructure projects, support new builds and refurbishments, and manage supplier relationships. Technical Support & Training – Provide second-line technical support, oversee system troubleshooting, and develop training materials for IT teams. Enterprise Systems Support – Assist with company-wide systems, including PMS, EPOS, HR, payroll, and inventory management.Skills & Experience Required Essential: 3+ years' experience in network infrastructure design, management, and support. Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networking, and disaster recovery. Experience with LAN/WAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, Aruba switches, and Palo Alto firewalls. Proven leadership in ICT project planning and supplier management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Desirable: Experience in the hospitality sector. Knowledge of CCTV, telephony, and television systems. Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSE/MCSA), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or PRINCE2. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Oracle Opera PMS.
