Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Brighton (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and run digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, and paid social
• Manage landing pages and CRO initiatives
• Use performance data to refine and improve results
• Support content strategy and website updates
• Contribute to broader brand and demand-generation efforts

What we’re looking for:

• Around 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and a CMS
• A confident communicator who enjoys cross-team collaboration
• Someone commercially aware, with a test-and-learn mindset
