AWS Full Stack Software Engineer

Position: Full-Stack Developer Location: Bedford (On-site) Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus *Must have valid VISA – No sponsorship provided unfortunately* Overview: A forward-thinking organisation in the digital services sector is launching two major initiatives and seeking a Full-Stack Developer to lead their technical buildout. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across front-end and back-end development, with a passion for performance, scalability, and clean architecture. Responsibilities: Architect and develop full-stack solutions from concept to deployment Implement modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) Build and maintain back-end systems (Node.js, Python, etc.) Integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases and APIs (REST/GraphQL) Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Collaborate directly with leadership to align technology with business goals Requirements: ~3–5+ years of full-stack development experience ~ Proficient with modern front-end and back-end technologies ~ Strong understanding of security, performance, and UX best practices ~ Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools ~ Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset What’s Offered: Technical ownership of two high-impact digital products Autonomy, flexibility, and a collaborative environment Opportunities for growth and ongoing mentorship Company-supported wellbeing and development programmes On-site parking and other perks Interested?
