They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting end-users and SME infrastructures across multiple industries.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide a mix of remote and onsite support to clients, handling everything from desktop issues to network troubleshooting and Office 365 management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line technical support across desktop, server, and networking environments.

- Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.

- Liaise directly with clients to ensure timely resolution and excellent service delivery.
- Occasionally attend client sites (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).
