We are looking for a strategic, data-driven SEO & PPC Specialist to take performance marketing to the next level. You will own both organic and paid search strategy, working across channels like Google Ads, Bing, and Meta, while optimising content and technical SEO to drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings
- Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other platforms
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits
- Own the search funnel from strategy through to conversion tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to implement CRO best practices
- Stay on top of algorithm updates, industry trends, and new ad features
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4+ years experience in a similar SEO/PPC role
- Proven track record managing search budgets and driving growth
- Solid understanding of GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Familiar with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio
