What You'll Do: As a Senior Oracle BPM Developer, you will enhance customer experience and reduce processing time around retail lending. You will analyse the existing 11g application to identify deprecated features, incompatible components, and potential issues in 12c, and have a clear understanding of changes required for compatibility. You will configure JDeveloper12c integrated environment for WebLogic for unit testing and development tasks.
- Migrate BPM applications from 11g to 12c environments.
- Ensure seamless integration of dependencies post-migration.
- Modify existing code to align with 12c's updated features and address deprecated APIs or tags.
- Design and model end-to-end business processes using Oracle BPM Studio or Process Composer.
- Create Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) workflows and BPMN diagrams.
- Provide support in testing, debugging, deployment, and support.
Your Profile: Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Code Development: Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges and system bugs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and clarify requirements around BPM changes and migration from 11g to 12c.
- Project Planning: Assist in sprint planning, estimation of tasks, and prioritising development efforts.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, or technologies to improve efficiency or solve problems around Fusion Middleware BPM.
- Testing: Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests as required.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation for code bases, APIs, and system designs.
- Process Improvements: Advocate for and implement development best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle ADF, HTML, CSS.
