Role: Project Manager (IT / MSP)
Location: Preston (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DoE)
Are you a driven Project Manager with experience delivering tech projects within an MSP environment? This Preston-based Managed Service Provider is expanding their delivery function and looking for someone to own customer projects from start to finish.
The Role:
You'll oversee infrastructure and cloud migration projects, onboarding new clients, upgrading systems, and ensuring seamless delivery in a customer-facing role. Working closely with service teams and technical leads, you'll keep stakeholders updated and projects on track.

This business has built a reputation for quality service delivery and is trusted by SMEs and enterprise clients across the UK. With a strong project pipeline and client base, they're now looking to grow the team with a capable and confident PM who can build rapport and manage delivery expectations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in project delivery within an MSP or IT services environment
- Proven ability to manage infrastructure, cloud or cyber-related projects
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles, managing expectations and reporting on progress
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure or networking projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
- Prince2 Foundation or AgilePM certified
- Familiarity with PSA tools or ticketing systems
