We're working with a growing retail brand based in Colchester looking to hire a dedicated PPC Specialist to take ownership of their paid advertising channels and help accelerate their digital growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure delivery against ROAS targets
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve results
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the content/design teams to optimise landing pages
  • Produce regular reports and performance insights for internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider marketing and e-commerce teams to align on strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a PPC role, ideally within retail or e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrable experience managing paid search budgets and driving ROI
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads or paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
