Our client is an award-winning manufacturer who are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join their expanding team. The role is on site Monday - Friday. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational skills as well as being self-motivated, has great communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity to step into a position where you solely manage the infrastructure and take lead on all projects whilst ensuring the smooth running of IT Operations.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security across all systems. You will play a key role in leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers
  • Lead IT projects (infrastructure, deployment of new IT systems)
  • Provide leadership in all aspects of IT delivery and IT strategy
  • Maintain security of data, backup systems and network access
  • Monitor IT assets
  • Manage annual IT budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness
  • Responsibility of IT requirements across the company
  • Provide technical support and training to staff across multiple departments
  • Maintain working relationships with external vendors
