My client, an emerging digital training and apprenticeship provider fully funded by the UK government, is seeking a Cyber Security Trainer to join their team on an initial 18-month contract, with a chance it will be extended and have other programmes available.
You'll be supporting learners enrolled in the Level 4 Cyber Security Apprenticeship program. This course is designed to equip students with essential cyber security skills - enabling them to identify threats, assess risks, and implement protective measures in line with industry best practices. The program places strong emphasis on developing a deep understanding of cyber principles, security frameworks, and the real-world application of cyber defence strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous commercial experience in a cyber security role
- A dynamic and proactive approach to training and mentorship
- Strong communication skills and the enthusiasm to support a growing, ambitious training provider
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a positive impact on learners' careers
All teaching materials and learning plans will need to be developed in collaboration with internal teams, so prior experience in content creation is essential. You'll play an active role in designing and shaping engaging, high-quality learning content to support the delivery of the program. All sessions are delivered virtually, offering flexibility and accessibility.
Interviews are set to commence in May - if you're interested in this rewarding opportunity, please send across your CV. I'd love to discuss the role with you!
