Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading Software business that are on the hunt for a seasoned and strategic Head of Sales / Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition and expand their presence within the UK school sector. This management-level role leads a team of Business Development Professionals, creating and executing strategic sales plans while promoting cross‑selling opportunities across the product suite. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience and, preferably, a strong background in software sales. Most importantly, they must understand complex sales cycles and have the ability to influence multiple stakeholders throughout the decision‑making process.
Key Responsibilities
