The Role
We are recruiting a reliable and skilled Plumber / Maintenance Operative to work on a variety of domestic social housing properties across Sheffield. You will deliver essential repairs and planned works, ensuring homes remain safe, functional, and comfortable for tenants.
Key Duties
- Responsive plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, etc.)
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance
- Fitting taps, cylinders, sinks, baths & showers
- Basic multi‑trade tasks (desirable but not essential)
- Completing work to high standards with excellent tenant communication
What You’ll Need
- Proven plumbing experience within domestic or social housing settings
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred)
- Multi‑skilled ability is a bonus
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer‑facing skills
