An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join our client, a leading compliance and safety service provider, working across housing associations and local authorities.
Salary: £33,280 - £8,870 per annum (OTE 3,000 - 8,000)
Location: Spalding (work within 30 minutes of home address - additional travel paid)
Bonus: £1,000 joining bonus
Duties:
- Deliver essential day-to-day repairs across a wide range of occupied and vacant homes.
- Diagnose and resolve repair issues efficiently and to a high standard.
- Attend a variety of jobs each day, ensuring tenants receive a prompt, professional, and customer-focused repair experience.
- Carry out additional minor multi-trade tasks to help complete repairs first time whenever possible.

Person Specification:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or an industry-recognised equivalent qualification).

- Must hold a full UK driving licence and provide own transport covered by business insurance.
- Ability to work in occupied and vacant domestic properties, showing professionalism, respect for residents, and care of the working environment.
