In Product is partnered with a fast-scaling healthtech business to hire a Staff Product Manager. You will identify, shape, and launch entirely new product opportunities that expand their offering and unlock future growth. This is a role for someone who wants to operate as an internal founder - working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, patient needs, market trends, and technology, with real resources and support behind them to explore high-potential ideas. The Role
- You'll drive initiatives exploring new clinical conditions, services, or business models - from discovery and validation through to launching MVPs and making scale or pivot decisions.
- The team is currently focused on:
- Identifying and sizing new market opportunities through user research and trend analysis
- Developing and validating ideas - building business cases, designing experiments, and testing hypotheses fast
- Leading MVP builds in partnership with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams
- Defining success metrics and making informed calls on whether to scale, pivot, or sunset new initiatives
