In Product is partnered with a fast-scaling healthtech business to hire a Staff Product Manager. You will identify, shape, and launch entirely new product opportunities that expand their offering and unlock future growth. This is a role for someone who wants to operate as an internal founder - working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, patient needs, market trends, and technology, with real resources and support behind them to explore high-potential ideas. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves zero-to-one product challenges, and wants their work to genuinely shape the future direction of the business.

The Role

  • You'll drive initiatives exploring new clinical conditions, services, or business models - from discovery and validation through to launching MVPs and making scale or pivot decisions.
  • The team is currently focused on:
    • Identifying and sizing new market opportunities through user research and trend analysis
    • Developing and validating ideas - building business cases, designing experiments, and testing hypotheses fast
    • Leading MVP builds in partnership with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams
    • Defining success metrics and making informed calls on whether to scale, pivot, or sunset new initiatives

As Staff Product Manager, you'll be operating with genuine founder-level ownership - rallying resources and building momentum across the business behind ideas that don't exist yet.
