Senior Product Lead (B2B Enterprise) - 12 Months FTC
Β£95,000 - Β£100,000 | London Hybrid
In Product is partnered with a profitable, well-established UK fintech marketplace.
This is a high-ownership product role sitting across the business's B2B proposition - the part of the platform that regulated professionals rely on daily to grow their businesses. You'll have real influence over strategy, roadmap, and how the product evolves for a sector that's still largely non-digitised.
This is a role for someone who wants to build structure, direction and lead multiple teams.
π The Role
The platform connects consumers with regulated advisers and professionals, and increasingly gives those professionals the tools to grow their own businesses.
The team is currently focused on:
- β‘οΈ Defining the B2B product strategy and building out the health metrics and roadmap that don't yet exist
- β‘οΈ Improving the adviser experience around accepting and converting high-value leads
- β‘οΈ Bringing data and matching insight properly into product decision-making for the first time
- β‘οΈ Deciding how deep the product goes into becoming a genuine sector SaaS tool, versus a lead and matching layer
As Senior Product Manager, you'll be balancing foundational strategic work with hands-on delivery across two squads.
π The Team & Culture
You'll be managing product across two squads - one focused on adviser-facing tooling, one on subscriptions and payments - roughly 10-12 engineers in total, alongside a data team whose insight hasn't yet been fully connected to product.
You'll partner directly with the customer team to build a proper feedback loop between what customers need and what gets built - something that hasn't existed in a structured way before.
This is a culture embracing genuine work-life balance, high average tenure, and a team is motivated to learn. The product function itself is young in structure, so there's real scope to shape how it operates as the business scales.
The Experience We're Looking For π
β Strong B2B SaaS product experience - marketplace or subscription models are a bonus.
β Comfortable coming into ambiguity and building strategy and metrics from a low base, rather than needing them handed to you.
β Genuine commercial acumen - fluent in unit economics and subscription business models.
β Confident managing two squads and multiple stakeholders without heavy structural support.
β Experience in regulated or complex environments is a plus, not a requirement.
β Comfortable talking directly to customers and turning that insight into product decisions.
We're looking for someone who wants to build the foundations properly, not just optimise an existing system.
