In Product is partnering with a fast-growing scale-up that is redefining health services in the NHS. After reaching profitability and stabilising, they are now entering an exciting period of growth. Their B2B2C health services are the go-to choice for NHS organisations, and their direct-to-consumer products consistently receive top reviews - delivering life-changing behavioural change.

Backed by some of the UK and Europe's leading investors, this business is innovating first-of-their-kind NHS services. The potential for expanding these services across the UK and internationally is enormous, and their product pipeline has grown significantly over the past year.

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager with real tenacity - someone who thrives in the long game, building trust and lasting relationships with NHS Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, employers, and health insurers. Your motivation will come from a genuine belief in the mission to save lives and drive behavioural change for patients.

You might currently be in a corporate or pharmaceutical sales role - trained, skilled, and successful - but frustrated by only seeing part of the process. Here, you will take ownership end-to-end, working on multi-million-pound deals that directly impact patient care. This isn’t transactional selling - it’s strategic, using data to proactively engage prospects, understand what matters to them, and shape their priorities so every proposal hits the mark.

You will be supported by a leadership team who have been there themselves - from corporate structures to scaling startups - helping you accelerate your career, gain exposure to senior leaders, and learn what it takes to run a business.

You will thrive if you:

  • Are motivated by impact - you want to sell products that actually save lives, drive behavioural change, and create measurable outcomes for patients and organisations.
  • Want to be supported by leaders who have walked the journey themselves, and who are invested in helping you accelerate your career, expand your strategic thinking, and grow into a senior, visible role in a scaling business.
  • Think creatively about sales, using data and insight to proactively engage prospects, shape their understanding of what’s valuable, and influence their decision-making so proposals genuinely meet their needs.
  • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech, and are used to navigating complex, high-value deals.
  • Are skilled at managing relationships with senior decision-makers over long, multi-month sales cycles, and enjoy influencing strategic priorities rather than just responding to RFPs.
  • Have experience in corporate or pharmaceutical sales and want to step into a role where you can see the full end-to-end sales process - from shaping the opportunity, building partnerships, to closing transformative deals.

Why you will love this role:

  • Join a business in a significant growth phase with a financially stable runway.
  • Learn from leaders who have been there and done it, and contribute to a high-performing, high-impact team.
  • Work on products that are saving lives, supporting healthier lifestyles, and driving behavioural change.
  • Hybrid working model, collaborating closely with medical, product, design, and tech teams.
  • Significant stock options and benefits promoting flexibility.

If you are ready to take your career to the next level, own end-to-end partnerships, and make a real difference in patient care, this is the role for you.
