Interim Product Leader - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract - £100,000 Plus Benefits - 2 days a week in London

In product is partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers. Over the pas year they undergone a major expansion, including a strategic acquisition that’s cemented its position as a leader in its category.

With more than 200 locations nationwide, sales growth of 30% year-on-year, and operating profit that has nearly doubled in the last 12 months, the business is now investing heavily in its technology and digital capability to match its operational scale.

As a Product Leader you will lead a pivotal organisational change project from 0 to launch. You will partner with an outsourced software provider to identify Product requirements, leading implementation and ensuring the successful adoption of the new product within the organisation.

You will work directly with the Senior Leadership team, a small but established Technology and Product team and your internal customers to deliver both strategic company wide objectives whilst working closely with your users to ensure easy adoption of the new Product to their already established workflow.

Leads with empathy. We are looking for someone who truly wants to understand the current workflow of their internal customer, this will involve meeting a variety of stakeholders to discuss requirements and going into their environment to bring their reality to life.

✅ Is able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders ensuring regular updates and transparency on the project, whilst being able to delve into the weeds and working on Product execution in collaboration with the development team.

✅ Has demonstrable experience leading an operational change project, we need to see your ability to manage stakeholders, deliver projects and roll out new Products to organisations.

✅ Is excited about delivering complex, integrated software products end-to-end, balancing strategic vision, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on delivery in a fast-scaling environment.
