As a Growth Lead, you will have autonomy to lead growth strategies and work as the CEO of your market to introduce customer-centric, responsible and flexible lending and investment products. You will excel in this environment if:

As a Growth Lead you will:
- Demonstrate your experience developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies, leading demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.
- Drive brand awareness, conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behaviour, competitor landscape, and emerging trends. Establish strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organisations to amplify reach and credibility.
- Have experience as a Senior Marketer, with a proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition in the financial investment space.
