As an Accounts Assistant, you will be joining a highly agile and adaptable team, reporting into the Finance Lead. The opportunity to progress is exponential for someone who thrives in autonomy and has the ability to problem solve prior to seeking support.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Accounts Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Demonstrable experience owning the monthly management accounts preparation process, conducting balance sheet reconciliations and revenue calculations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for review for the Finance Lead.
- Experience working in ambiguous environments, where you can adapt, problem solve, and work autonomously to deliver results.
- Started or have completed an accounting qualification, with hands-on experience and solid understanding of accounting principles and finance.
- The curiosity to understand the business metrics, and how they affect financial performance.
- Owned the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management and positive communication with clients and suppliers.
