They’re looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives on shaping culture, scaling teams, and setting up processes and technology to enable growth across multiple countries. This is a chance to lead high-impact teams where your work will directly improve healthcare outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to define ways of working, instil a high-trust, high-performance culture, and embed scalable processes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of engineering leadership in high-growth startups or scale-ups
