Operating at the very top of London’s high-end design scene, the studio has built an excellent reputation through organic growth, strategic planning, and a clear sense of ambition. Today, they work with a diverse portfolio of international clients across a wide range of project types.
This is an opportunity for a highly capable Senior Project Architect to take ownership of the architectural and technical delivery of bespoke luxury residential projects, while mentoring junior team members and working closely with Project Managers and Directors in a collaborative studio environment.
You’ll lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring that design intent is translated into buildable, technically robust solutions. With strong BIM capability, you’ll oversee spatial coordination with external consultants, manage tender and construction packages (including detailed joinery), and play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
During construction, you’ll support contract administration, lead RFI and shop drawing reviews, and manage snagging and handover through to FF&E installation. You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers, confidently managing relationships and representing the studio externally.
The role requires someone comfortable running multiple projects at different RIBA stages, with the organisational skills to plan workloads, produce reliable production schedules, and delegate effectively.
