You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer care and building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our hardworking, dedicated team in this busy centre. You will work alongside the Centre Manager who will train you in all aspects of managing the operation, including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties. This is a hands-on role; you will also spend time in the service bays with the team to ensure a seamless and timely operation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations across service, sales and admin
- Supervise technicians and service advisors; assist in prioritising work streams
- Be proactive with customer relations and ensure high levels of customer service
- Contribute to achieving financial targets for the centre
- Engage with the local community to strengthen the brand reputation
Qualifications Required:
- Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance
Desirable:
- Full Driving Licence (preferred)
- Automotive service experience (2 years, preferred)
- Customer service experience (2 years, preferred)
- Management experience (2 years, preferred)
