Our Systems & Transactions team plays a vital role in supporting the organisation's financial operations, ensuring smooth processes, reliable data, and high-quality support for colleagues as we continue to scale rapidly. In this context, we're looking for a Finance Transactions Administrator to support our Systems & Transactions Manager as part of a growing team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping our essential financial processes running efficiently and contributing to improvements across the wider business.
We need you to help us by:
- Supporting day-to-day finance activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, master data validation, and expense administration.
- Managing corporate card tasks, travel and expenses reviews, and supporting colleagues with queries.
- Assisting with cash management activities such as bank postings, reconciliations, and payments.
- Contributing to ongoing system improvement projects across SAP S/4HANA, Concur and Ariba.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where your collaborative mindset, attention to detail and proactive approach will help us continue improving our finance operations.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in accounts payable, cash management or travel & expenses administration.
- Confidence working with finance systems – SAP experience is essential, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
- An interest in continuous improvement and making processes simpler and more effective.
We offer hybrid working, with regular weekly attendance at one of our offices in Manchester, Warrington or Derby, depending on business need.
