This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to develop practical experience handling a wide range of employment law matters, working alongside supportive and experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with employment law cases including advising on contracts, disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Supporting clients with redundancy, TUPE, and settlement agreements
- Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence and documentation
- Assisting with tribunal claims and preparing for hearings
- Providing excellent client communication and support
- Supporting senior solicitors with complex cases and projects
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) with some employment law experience or interest
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and client-focused
- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in employment law
