Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Responsibilities- Leading the visual direction of multi-format campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.
- Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to develop original, insight-driven concepts.
- Managing your own projects and accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
- Providing creative direction during shoots and production, working closely with external partners.
- Mentoring junior creatives and supporting their development through feedback and guidance.
- Presenting ideas confidently to clients and internal teams, backed by strong storytelling and rationale.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively applying new thinking to your work.
- Championing effectiveness and helping turn great work into award-winning submissions.
- You’re a visual storyteller with an award-winning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and craft excellence.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable leading projects from ideation to execution.
- You have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, UX/UI, and visual communication.
- You’re passionate about mentoring others and fostering a positive, creative culture.
- You’re commercially aware, strategically minded, and always looking for ways to elevate the work.
- You’re curious, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ideally, you have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning.
