This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury travel business at a pivotal moment of global expansion. As the company launches a number of pioneering products alongside their established luxury portfolio, they are looking for a commercially driven Reservations Sales Executive to help convert demand into revenue. Based within the Reservations team, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximising sales opportunities, and delivering a high-touch luxury service to both direct guests and travel trade partners. You will act as a brand ambassador for all of the companies' brands.
Responsibilities:- Converting inbound sales calls and booking enquiries into confirmed sales for both luxury brands
- Proactively selling across all the products/brands
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and maximise booking value
- Managing and servicing online bookings to ensure seamless conversion
- Responding to website enquiries with a strong focus on speed, accuracy and sales conversion
- Monitoring shared email inboxes and liaising with guests, travel agents, suppliers and internal teams
- Chasing outstanding payments to ensure timely revenue collection
- Maintaining exceptional product knowledge through regular in-house and external training
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) - essential
- Proven sales mindset with the ability to convert enquiries into revenue
- Previous travel sales experience
- Good working knowledge of a GDS system
- Experience using reservations or CRM/administration systems
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in handling high-value bookings
- Previous experience within a luxury travel or premium brand environment
- Fabulous brand
- Excellent fam trips
- Extensive training in Manchester

- If you are based in Manchester this would be a hybrid role, but full flexibility for fully remote depending on candidates experience
