As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager, leading the team and driving operational excellence across the restaurant.
Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional restaurant performance.
- Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Creating a positive culture focused on service, quality and teamwork.
- Helping drive sales, profitability and operational standards.
- Ensuring compliance across food safety, health & safety and company procedures.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
- Taking ownership of the restaurant operation during key trading periods.
