We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with business goals.
- Supervise the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall license are required.
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Transportation / Logistics within Real Estate.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
