As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Digital / Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team at Head Office, which is based in Salisbury. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate or someone who is in the early stages of their career!
We are looking for someone with:
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects, etc) to create graphic design assets for social media, email marketing and website content.
- Strong knowledge of, and interest in, social media content design (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including graphics, animations and short-form video.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for shoot styling for photo and video content.
- Photo and video editing skills - particularly for creating engaging content tailored to social media – and experience using video editing software (Premiere Pro or CapCut).
- Understanding of social platforms and keeping up to date with changes/updates to each platform.
- Experience in management of multiple social media accounts.
- Basic copywriting skills for creating engaging captions and email marketing content.
Additional desirable (but not compulsory) skills include:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar).
- Experience in paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Hands on experience with PPC campaign management and Google ads a bonus.
- B2C experience with a proven track record of results.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record for growing social media accounts, fully managed by you.
- Experience analysing and reporting on key performance metrics for socials and email marketing.
