We are seeking an Associate Facilitator, preferably based in the Liverpool region, who can deliver pre-designed development programmes for Employee groups, Managers and Leaders. This will be to deliver to several of our clients in the UK as well as around the world.

We are seeking a self-managing individual with experience working in-house, independently, and/or in consultancies. We will appoint someone who is credible, confident, and able to draw from academic theory and models as well as their first-hand experience.

Our learning programmes, covering broad business themes, inclusive leadership, bias and belonging, anti-racism, appreciating difference, emotional intelligence, and more, are pre-designed and agreed upon with our clients. This role would deliver programmes and an initial evaluation of their impact.

Person specification:

  • Experience in delivering Management and Leadership development programmes to employees, middle managers and senior leaders.
  • Experience in delivering EDI training, especially anti-racism, and a deep understanding of culture and its relationship to business performance.
  • Experience in delivering business skills programmes (e.g. influencing, delegation, motivation, etc).
  • Experience in coaching individuals and teams, ideally through a positive psychology lens.
  • Experience in running team development sessions.
  • Experience and certification of using diagnostic tools/ 360/ business assessments
  • Knowledge and skills in the evaluation of programmes
  • Qualification in Training / Learning and Development
  • Experience working with UK’s public sector, especially local Councils

This role will be home-based, with regular travel around the UK. The person will report to the Head of Content for each assignment. We anticipate that we will engage you between 2-5 days per month.
