In Diverse Company is seeking an Associate Facilitator to deliver development programmes focusing on leadership and inclusive practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in management training, delivering EDI programs, and coaching individuals and teams.
This is a home-based position with regular travel required to engage with clients in the UK and internationally, reporting to the Head of Content for each assignment. The person must hold a qualification in Training/Learning and Development.
