  • What you'll be doing
  • Leading the paid creative strategy, taking insights from relevant dashboards, ad platforms and analytical tools to spot patterns, identify winners and decide what should be created next
  • Building and developing client relationships, steering conversations, weekly calls and QBRs, and aligning creative strategy with business priorities and goals

  • Coming up with concepts and creative angles, then writing direct-response scripts, hooks, body copy and CTAs using proven frameworks such as AIDA, storyboarded to keep viewers watching
  • Writing clear, hypothesis-led briefs and directing their execution with our internal creative team, as well as guiding UGC creators, influencers, editors and designers where required
  • Running two workflows in parallel: iterating on existing assets to lift performance while launching new creative to unlock growth, and maintaining a library of high-performing, reusable assets

  • A portfolio of direct-response concepts, scripts or campaigns that delivered measurable results
  • A strong writer, with a feel for hooks, pacing and conversion psychology

  • Highly organised, curious and comfortable moving quickly in a high-testing environment
  • Bonus skills
  • Experience briefing or directing creators, influencers or UGC production, and sourcing creator talent for whitelisted ads
  • Confidence with creative production or editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma
  • A grasp of unit economics, including CAC, LTV and marginal return, and how creative drives them
  • Experience with AI in the creative workflow — we build and pilot our own AI agents, and we'd love someone keen to push that further
