This is a senior, client-facing position with real ownership: you’ll define the strategy, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the In Digital team to deliver measurable growth. This is not a generalist digital marketing role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes CRO and experimentation.
What you’ll do
- Develop and lead our strategic approach to testing and experimentation
- Own client relationships and act as a trusted CRO advisor
- Design and deliver end-to-end experimentation programmes — from hypothesis to analysis
- Translate data and user insight into compelling, well-reasoned test ideas
- Collaborate with the wider In Digital team on integrated digital growth
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on CRO and UX experience — you can both define and execute experimentation programmes
- Proven use of testing platforms: Optimizely, VWO, Piano, or Zephr
- Strong command of GA4 (must-have), plus experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with quantitative data, A/B test logic and statistics
- Self-motivated and intellectually curious — genuinely excited by what CRO can unlock
- An understanding of how CRO interconnects with other digital marketing disciplines
Why In Digital
- £40,000 – £55,000 DEO salary with a twice-yearly bonus
- Work across blue-chip marketing teams and a fast-growth agency at the same time
- Certified Great Place to Work™ — ranked one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024
