We're In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden and ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK – and we're currently seeking an Office Manager to be the backbone of our office operations.

You will create a welcoming and organised environment, supporting both employees and visitors while handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your role will be integral in maintaining a positive workplace culture and keeping our office space optimised for productivity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests, and holding the whole office to a "client-ready at all times" standard
  • Keeping meeting rooms well-maintained, managing meeting schedules, and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready to use
  • Overseeing office, kitchen and shared workspace upkeep, monitoring supply levels so the team always has what it needs
  • Supporting internal events and special occasions, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinating office maintenance and repairs, and acting as the main contact for building management, contractors and suppliers
  • Supporting the Chief of Staff with fire safety checks, first aid provisions and workplace compliance
  • Assisting with onboarding by preparing equipment, system access and welcome packs for new hires
  • Providing light calendar support for senior leaders, and monitoring the recruitment inbox for candidate correspondence and interviews
  • Assisting with travel bookings, itinerary preparation and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Acting as the first point of contact for basic office tech issues, liaising with IT vendors as needed
  • Coordinating birthdays, anniversaries, employee recognition, team events, socials and seasonal celebrations

What you need to be successful:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an office management, administrative or operational support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting professionally across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A strong customer service approach and mentality
  • A knack for spotting inefficiencies and taking the initiative to improve processes
  • A track record of being the go-to person who keeps things running behind the scenes
  • The ability to handle confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion, knowing when to escalate
  • Happy to be a visible and hands-on presence in the office 4–5 days per week, reflecting the people-facing nature of the role

Salary: £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience
