As Junior Creative you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands such as the Financial Times, Myprotein or The Independent.

Who we’re looking for – at a glance:

We’re looking for a Junior Creative with a flair for design and a curiosity for making bold, engaging content. You’ll create eye‑catching visuals, from static assets to motion graphics across paid social, Google, display, and web campaigns. At In Digital, versatility is key: you’ll tackle emails, social posts, and more, using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro to bring ideas to life efficiently. If you’re ambitious, hands‑on, and ready to grow your skills across multiple brands, this is the role for you.

A bit more about you:

• A degree in media design, motion graphics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience post‑university in a similar design or motion graphics role
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools
• Strong motion graphics and video editing skills, with experience creating dynamic visual content for various digital platforms
• Knowledge of design fundamentals and the ability to work on non‑motion tasks such as static assets for emails, display, and mobile where needed
• Understanding of how to adapt creative for different audience objectives and marketing channels, with the ability to tailor assets to match the unique needs of each platform
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality output across both motion and static assets
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and a keen interest in how design impacts performance (training will be provided for more specific channel and performance insights)

Bonus skills (not essential but appreciated):

• Experience in producing motion and video for various digital channels, especially paid social (Meta, TikTok) and Google campaigns (YouTube, Performance Max)
• Experience with creative automation tools like Celtra or Smartly for efficient scaling and iterating
• Ability to contribute to creative pitches and ideation sessions
• Familiarity with performance‑driven design strategies, especially in digital marketing campaigns
• An understanding of newer digital channels like TikTok and a passion for exploring emerging formats and trends in motion graphics
• Experience in collaborating across multi‑disciplinary teams, working closely with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to execute campaigns
