We’re In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden — ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK. We’re growing our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Experimentation team and looking for sharp, curious graduates to join us.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing A/B and multivariate test programmes from hypothesis through to analysis and recommendation.
- Conducting user research and behavioural analysis — using tools like Hotjar, Contentsquare or similar — to identify friction points and opportunity areas.
- Contributing to experimentation roadmaps in collaboration with senior strategists and client teams.
- Analysing test results with rigour, understanding statistical significance and translating findings into clear client‑ready insights.
- Supporting conversion audits across web and app — identifying where and why users drop off.
- Working directly with clients from day one, presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with paid media, analytics and creative teams to ensure experiments are joined up with broader growth strategy.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduates with degrees in analytical or numerate subjects (e.g. maths, economics, psychology, computer science, statistics, or anything that involves a lot of data).
- Up to 1–2 years of work experience, or a placement year — no CRO experience required, just the right mindset.
- Genuinely curious about why people behave the way they do online.
- Strong analytical instincts — you’re comfortable with data, enjoy finding patterns and can tell a story from numbers.
- An understanding of digital — whether that’s through personal projects, studies, a placement or just a keen interest.
- Excellent communicators — we’re over 80% client‑facing, so you need to be able to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive and ambitious — this is a role where you’ll be given real responsibility early on.
Why CRO at In Digital?
- Our experimentation practice is one of the most developed in the UK agency world.
- You’ll work across high‑traffic sites where tests run fast, and results are meaningful — not sitting on a backlog for months.
- You’ll learn:
- Test design and hypothesis building grounded in data and user research.
- How to use industry‑leading tools, including VWO / Optimizely, GA4, Hotjar and more.
- How to interpret results properly — beyond "did it win?" to "what does this tell us about our users?".
- How to build and prioritise an experimentation roadmap that drives compounding growth.
Why work for In Digital?
- A certified Great Place to Work™, recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024.
- Best of both worlds: work inside blue‑chip marketing teams while growing fast in an agency environment.
- Accelerated learning across CRO, analytics, paid media and digital strategy.
- Structured training through courses, mentoring and hands‑on execution from day one.
- Clear career development path and salary progression.
- Covent Garden office with a private bar, great coffee and brilliant restaurants on the doorstep.
- Flexible working, including working from abroad.
- Regular team lunches and social events.
- Subsidised gym & sports memberships.
- Competitive salary with a twice‑yearly bonus.
