We’re In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden and ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK – and we’re currently seeking an CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Manager to join our brilliant team of marketers! As Manager you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands such as the Financial Times, The Independent or Experian.

We’re a hybrid agency and consultancy with a brilliant track record for driving growth through CRO strategy and execution for our clients. As Manager within the CRO team, you’ll be developing our strategic approach to testing, managing the client relationship and coaching the In Digital team to continue to deliver great work.
A bit more about you:
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as: Optimizely, VWO, Piano, Zephr
- Strong experience using website analytics platforms: GA4 (must have), Adobe, Amplitude, Mixpanel
- Analytical mindset - comfortable handling quantitative data and understanding logic and statistics behind A/B testing
- An interest and an understanding of other digital marketing areas and how they interlock with CRO
Nice to have but not essential: knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (we have a front-end dev on the team)
