We're In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden — ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK. We're growing our Paid Media team and looking for sharp, curious graduates to join us. This isn't a generalist marketing role. You'll be embedded in our dedicated Paid Media practice, working on live campaigns for brilliant brands like the Financial Times, MyProtein and Experian — learning how to turn budget and data into real, measurable growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the setup, management and optimisation of campaigns across paid social and paid search platforms
  • Getting hands-on with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads to help build and manage live campaigns
  • Contributing to campaign and creative testing as part of a structured test & learn approach
  • Analysing campaign performance with rigour, translating data into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations
  • Supporting budget, targeting and creative optimisation to help meet and exceed client objectives
  • Working directly with clients from day one, helping present performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with CRO, analytics and creative teams to ensure campaigns are joined up with broader growth strategy

What you need to be successful:

  • Graduates with degrees in analytical or numerate subjects (e.g. maths, economics, marketing, business, psychology — or anything that involved a lot of data)
  • Up to 1–2 years of work experience, or a placement year — no paid media experience required, just the right mindset
  • Genuinely curious about how brands reach, engage and convert customers online
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable with data, enjoy finding patterns and can tell a story from numbers
  • An understanding of digital — whether through personal projects, studies, a placement or just a keen interest
  • Excellent communicators — we're over 80% client-facing, so you need to be able to explain complex ideas clearly
  • Proactive and ambitious — this is a role where you'll be given real responsibility early on

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience

Why work for In Digital?
