We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our excellent and highly experienced Design Team. This role is essential in delivering both customer and in‑house projects, producing designs that align with industry standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RO and water filtration plant design and will contribute their skills in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD 2D draughting.
Key Responsibilities- Design Production: Create RO and water filtration plant designs using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- BOM and MRP: Create BOMs to support smooth Material Requirement Planning.
- Component Design: Generate main design components such as:
- Frame fabrication using the Frame Generator program.
- Pipework utilizing the Tube & Pipe program.
- Pressure vessel design to PD5500 standards using Inventor.
- 3D part modelling.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for RO and water filtration plant design.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Self‑motivated and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Customer Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of commercial factors, including budget management.
- Analytical Skills: Data‑driven with a focus on continual improvement.
