ML Community Enterprise (MLCE) in London is seeking two key workers to support young people and young adults up to 30, helping them progress on employment pathways through one-to-one and therapeutic sessions, group activities, and training. The role involves caseload management and delivering targeted interventions in Lambeth’s community setting.

The position is part-time (14–21 hours per week) with a pay rate of Β£20 per hour.
