THE ROLE
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of the Finance leadership team, providing strategic financial support and challenge to senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of operations. The role combines leadership, commercial insight and business partnering, with responsibility for driving high-quality financial planning, analysis and decision support.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the Finance Business Partnering function and developing a high-performing team
- Partnering with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning activities
- Delivering meaningful financial insight to identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers
- Supporting business cases, investment decisions and transformation initiatives
- Influencing resource allocation and organisational priorities
- Enhancing financial capability across non-finance stakeholders
- Contributing to wider finance strategy, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are keen to speak with qualified accountants (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who can demonstrate a strong track record of operating in senior finance business partnering, strategic finance or commercial finance roles within complex organisations.
